We did the Salto do Cabrito hike that starts from the Termas das Caldeiras which was fairly moderate with the highlight of it being the waterfall. Very much worth that hike, the location is beautiful. We put the location by GPS and that was ( maybe not) the best idea. We had to walk a lot! But the nature was amazing, I felt I was in pure nature. But there also is closest way to the waterfall. A power plant constantly makes a noise, but it's a beautiful place. Leave your car before the big slope (near a white building) and walk a couple minutes. It's worth seeing. The road to the parking lot at the bottom is fine as of January 2022.
